Eligibility for admission

​

BASLP:

A candidate who has passed the two year Pre-University examination conducted by the pre-university board  of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent there to by Mangalore University. The applicant/candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and one of Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Electronic/Psychology.

 

MASLP:

A candidate who has passed the Bachelor Degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology (BASLP/B.Sc. Speech Language and Hearing) or any other examination considered as equivalent there to by Mangalore University are eligible for admission to the programme.

 

Duration :

BASLP:  3 years course work (i.e 6 semesters)  + 1 year Internship

MASLP: 2 years course work (i.e 4 semesters)

The college is affiliated to Mangalore University. As per the Government of India requirements, the courses are recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi.

Extra Curricular activities 

As a part of extracurricular activities, we celebrated international disability day, Onam, World Cerebral Palsy Day, Children’s day. Christmas, Fresher’s day and Farewell. We also had an active and enriching sports and cultural year; students have participated in mangalore university intercollegiate cultural fest. Students have bagged prizes in Vismaya cultural competitions and Annual Athletic sports meet 2020.
